If you are interested in a program that really works at getting rid of bodyfat as well as getting you into great shape I suggest you check out Body for Life. It is a 12-week total body transformation program that gives you a great nutrition plan along with both weightlifting and cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Let us know if you would like more info.
i tried lipo6x for about 4 weeks back in april. i think what i got most out of it was appetite control. or maybe i was just more disciplined in general back then
I haven't tried any, but I may have to try some to drop the last little off my lower abs for competition... I am not much help on the pros and cons of fat burners...
Weight training will definitely burn th e calories off... Not real sure the ratio between you intake vs. burnt... My diet is mostly lean meats (chicken, fish, lean beef), good carbs (green and leafy, sweet potato, brown rice), and fats from (nuts and oils)... I'll be honest, I never have a "full-belly" feeling when eating this way, but usually by the time I am really wanting to eat again, it's time for another meal anyway...
i was at about 24% bodyfat around May of last year. i was able to drop down to about 10% by November. I wouldn't say I had the best diet, but I def got rid of the bad carbs. I also rode my bike back and forth to the metro to goto work (~10 miles round trip) usually 3x a week. I think 3 days a week of cardio will give good progress. 5 days would show huge progress. But proper diet is almost always a must.
