Lol they're coming up pretty nicely at the mo. 3 more weeks cutting then I'm going to add some serious size by doing them everyday, you know like a loser. Lol we weren't meant for this world my friend, we should be hitting the curls 24/7. Good luck mate, I'll put a pic up soon.

Lol you look exactly like me, I'll put a pic up soon. Massive back, massive shoulders, but small arms. That's the price you pay for actually lifting right, making the big lifts instead of curling all ****ing day. There's no ****ing justice lol.
