How I Started:
My boyfriend finally talked me in to trying it out. For about 6 months I didn't even like it very much but I kept going. After about a year I started to really like it. Now I just love it! I'm so addicted and always will be!
Why I Love It:
I LOVE seeing my body change and improve. It makes me feel so good about myself.

sure, two cardio sessions a day is great....that's the only way i'm able to fit them in. I do 30 min in the morning, 1 hr weights on my lunch break, and 30 min in the evening.
