How I Started: My boyfriend finally talked me in to trying it out. For about 6 months I didn't even like it very much but I kept going. After about a year I started to really like it. Now I just love it! I'm so addicted and always will be!
Why I Love It: I LOVE seeing my body change and improve. It makes me feel so good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated because I want so badly to reach my goals, I love how it makes me feel, the energy it gives me, and just because I love it
BB Accomplishments: None. I would love to train to do a figure competition sometime in the near future though. :)

Alicia Maria Denson. Her stomach is amazing and I love how her muscles are so proportionate to her body! She's just.. awesome!

So, here lately I have been so EXTREMELY busy. Things have been stressful and crazy for months. Things should be calming down here soon though. Since I've been so busy I've missed like 3 workout days in the past month. I hate when that happens so much! When I'm stressed that's one of the things...

sure, two cardio sessions a day is great....that's the only way i'm able to fit them in. I do 30 min in the morning, 1 hr weights on my lunch break, and 30 min in the evening.
