any certain kind that you do? I usually do but the one time I must of done too much and it was sore for like a couple of days, i could barely walk ( very slowly)
A pretty big difference, it has a lot better ingredients. They made it more of a recovery aid. Added additional electrolytes and some additional BCAA's and glutamine. It also tastes awesome.
