How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
first 6 weeks 10 reps then one weeks off and the next 6 weeks 6 reps and then one week off and now im on a buckeye bench program and currently on the 20 lbs. workout10 reps.....190,8 reps......200..6 ...more

i think whoever is in charge of this wep page needs to put a media player on the bodyspace pages....like what we like to listen to while doin cardio or doin our workouts....that would make the bodyspace pages more interesting, what do you guys think????

Yeah the Nitro-Tech Pro Series is even better. The protein content is now 25g per scoop.

A pretty big difference, it has a lot better ingredients. They made it more of a recovery aid. Added additional electrolytes and some additional BCAA's and glutamine. It also tastes awesome.
