just want to tone up. i am not tryin to get all buff or anything b/c if i do, imma wind up losing it and getting fat. i just wanna tone up and maintain a decent weight. i would also like to lose 15-20lbs

Chillin bro for a minute mending. I laid down my bike on the 12th and broke a few bones. Can't do a whole lot of workout exercises, to not aggravate a fractured wrist. Hope all is well with u!
