I pretty much got started working out just so i can maintain my endurance, and get cut a lil more.

i just like the fact that after i workout and shower, ia m able to relax and get a goodnights rest

That's what it's all about...encouraging and motivating each other to meet our goals. You're pretty lean so packing on muscle should be relatively easy once you get your routine and diet set. Chillin bro for a minute mending. I laid down my bike on the 12th and broke a few bones. Can't do a whole lot of workout exercises, to not aggravate a fractured wrist. Hope all is well with u!
