Healthy fats that I take in are from nuts, flaxseed oil, if you go the money, get macadamia nut oil,it's an exotic healthy fat and also fish. I think if you incorporate some of this stuff on top of the classes and stuff you already doing. You body is gonna be mean.
Flaxseed oil is just a healthy fat. When you take it as a supplement. It will health with blood pressure and putting healthy fat in your system will help your body get rid of the bad fat.It also will tell your body to start using fat for energy when you work out and your protein will be spared.
I also have been taking in healthy fats that have been lowering my fat count percentage. I suggest getting flaxseed oil and take 1 to 2 teaspoons 3 times a day.Don't eat big meals after 7:30pm cause of the metab.. Just a few things, seriously if you go by what I'm saying. You'll lose and be where you want prob by end of august. Mixed with alittle cardio

It's suppose to be like the next hydroxcut, since they took hydroxycut off the market. I take Dren and that may workout for you. I suggest going to ******** . Thats where I get my supplements
