I 1st started working out when I played sports when I was younger. Competitive Football and Basketball, taught all sorts of different lifts. Trying different workouts along the way that I took from other lifters
Why I Love It:
To see the changes in your body and the gains after a cycle of lifting. It helps with feeling confident

Seeing results from day to day the gains after a hard workout. Give me energy throughout the day

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Either Squating, or Power clean. With squat it's dangerous because people vary rarely understand how to do it properly and when they do sometimes one slight movement can blow something out.
