How I Started:
I 1st started working out when I played sports when I was younger. Competitive Football and Basketball, taught all sorts of different lifts. Trying different workouts along the way that I took from other lifters
Why I Love It:
To see the changes in your body and the gains after a cycle of lifting. It helps with feeling confident
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results from day to day the gains after a hard workout. Give me energy throughout the day

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not knowing the proper technique, or not knowing when to stop pushing

Dropped 12 lbs, with strictly diet change to start, no cardio in two weeks and already huge gains in some areas and good losses in others.  Gained almost two inches in my shoulders while some how losing 12 pounds and about an inch on waist. Trying to stay motivated, and disciplined when I go...
