What bicep workout has worked best for you?
curls, curls, and more curls. i like to finish off with hammer curls because it adds density.

just got started up again and the soreness is a pain in the arse. did light workouts over the last couple of weeks to prepare for the breakdown, apparently i didn't do enough! now i'm stuck in the waiting phase for the soreness to go away so i can have at the gym again.

 i did really good...

Reason: I've always like a little extra pump and can't have anything that affects insulin.

Reason: I needed some good protein without all of the carbs the N-Large had. This one is much better.
