Overall Goal: Full on prep for March 27th. Weight coming down slow, from 186.5 on my way to the leanest,hardest 174lbs. I can achieve. Feel great and very motivated!

Goal (Long):
To compete at the leanest, most muscular 176 lbs.I can achieve. I need to take my offseason bodyweight up and add muscle mass to 185-190. I have no problem coming in lean (3-4%), but need to do it closer to the upper Middleweight limit.

What can I say....seeing him in the gym working his a** off at 4:30AM, if that isn't inspiring I don't know what is. He made a decision to change his life and is following through on it. When my alarm goes off at 3:00AM and I don't want to get up and get to the gym, I will because I know Ben did......

That is great.. Yeah this year I am really going to be working on conditioning and hitting the gym hard to keep as much size while i diet as possible. Did good last year but at a even better starting place this year so will see how it goes. You have some great conditioning?

I appreciate the words of encouragement. Eventually I want to start replacing goblet squats with barbell squats and it would be nice to have someone watch my form at the beginning.
