Looking for a new athletic challenge after 18 years as a competitive cyclist.
Why I Love It:
To see the gradual growth and progress and the daily challenge to meet the goals I have set for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I repeat to myself "Someone I will compete against is working harder and eating better ". This mantra keeps me on track and forces me on to stay focused.
BB Accomplishments:
2006 NPC West Texas 1st Open Lightwt
1st Masters 40-49
2006 Colo.ProAm 4th Open Welterwt
2006 NPC Mid-USA 2nd Masters 40-49
2006 Europa 3rd Open Middlewt
To compete at the leanest, most muscular 176 lbs.I can achieve. I need to take my offseason bodyweight up and add muscle mass to 185-190. I have no problem coming in lean (3-4%), but need to do it closer to the upper Middleweight limit.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
3%
Upcoming Contest:
Europa Supershow
