To see the gradual growth and progress and the daily challenge to meet the goals I have set for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I repeat to myself "Someone I will compete against is working harder and eating better ". This mantra keeps me on track and forces me on to stay focused.

To compete at the leanest, most muscular 176 lbs.I can achieve. I need to take my offseason bodyweight up and add muscle mass to 185-190. I have no problem coming in lean (3-4%), but need to do it closer to the upper Middleweight limit.
Why I like this video: Non-bodybuilding inspiration. Danny Carey kills on this.....
JON HARRIS
Played: 131
Why I like this video: Jon Harris is an amazing natural competitor and great poser. Same height and weight as me, his physique is what I am shooting for.
Monday-Chest and Calves
Tuesday-Quads and Hams
Wednesday-Biceps and Triceps, Calves
Thursday-Shoulders and Traps
Friday-Makeup or Lagging Bodypart
Saturday-Back and Calves
Sunday-Off
Ab work done every other workout.
Cardio-20-45 minutes 4-6 days per week. Offseason sessions

Hi Mark! Wow- it does hit home seeing my fellow bev fans from the forum on here! I have seen your name many times on the boards- I think you gave me advice once or twice =)
Thanks Mark! It's been one heck of a journey, but I'm excited to get back to the heavy weight training! LOL! Thanks for the kind words all along the way...I really appreciate it!
Thanks man. I appreciate you taking the time to write and offering up encouraging words. That's cool of you! I will do my best to bring in a deserving package. I can't control anything other than myself. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers because I want to make it and be one of the guys on the scene that can be related to and help other people dream big. All the best and keep training to be a champion!

I'm planning on July 2008 if all goes well. I know from doing my home work, I'll need 5 more pds of muscle to get in the top 5 or better! I gotta win the Emerald Cup. Every guy that won his class at the Cup was in the top 4 or better the last 5 yrs. I was 2nd this yr. ed
Thank you for your reply. I did so much research on supplements and what I found was very confusing until I found Beverly International and what I saw there made me sit up and take notice. I am looking forward to trying a number of their products out and my wife and I have just started their Multi Pak which I believe is even better than Animal Pak.
Appreciate all that you said.
It looks like your are making great headway towards your goals. I see that you are taking Beverly International supplements and I just received my first shipment. How do you like them and which ones do you feel really do the job for you?
Keep on keepin' on!
