How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
2 weeks of powerlifting usually 2-6 reps for my main lifts (presses, cleans, snatches, squats, clean and jerk, deadlift... and then 8-15 of supplimental lifts.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depends The big lifts I give my self at around 90 seconds.. sometimes longer because it takes me a minute to get back up haha. most other lifts i like to work a bit more quickly and superset to get a...more
