I wasn't looking for a diet, I was looking for a TOTAL LIFE TRANSFORMATION. I wanted to change my lifestyle and be healthier.
Why I Love It:
I just makes me feel better. If I work out in the morning, I feel energized all day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I started this program with my best friend and we're keeping each other motivated. One of my other friends is competing in a fitness contest next year and she's making sure that I stay on track.
Ready for 2010. I refuse for another year to go by and I'm still complaining. It's time to do something about it.
Goal (Long):
I am trying to achieve a total life transformation. The goal is to loose weight, gain muscle and obtain a healthier lifestyle.
I want to replace bad foods with good foods. Stop snacking and learn how to eat the right things.
I am trying to decrease my overall measurements and loose about 30-35 pounds.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
9%

great and bad i'm holding are 200lbs but i have a new layer of fat around my belly, so today I had a hour of pure core workout… I feel like three midgets are doing the cha cha slide in my stomach.
