How I Started:
like to keep fit but then stopped playing sport when i left school so joined a gym then after going for a while liked the idea of bulking up and looking better.
Why I Love It:
great for self esteem and get the looks from girls :)
How I Stay Motivated:
its an addiction lol the more i go to the gym and more muscle i put on the more i want to go and work harder.

yeah bo strengths coming back so al gud, jus gna do this strength program for bout 6 weeks then il focus on some size. yeah 6 day split is hard but starting to get used to it and not as sore.

oh sore wrists from pretty much every exercise a. dnt really like wraps they to small. bought a wrist bandage thing c how that hoolds up. im trainnig 5 times a, chest, back, shoulders, leggs, arms. 5 times week

yeah bro i cant do deadlifts a my back j ust fuks out. oh bro standing milllitary at a hundy was fukn hard. starting to get some good weight in squats. Bpress is getting better to. hw many times a week u working out? do u do 1 part of the body each day and work it out once a week?

Brilliant. I have never seen results in muscle gains like I have stacking IGF02 and NeoVar Recomped (also was using RPM and Drive for a while with that stack); and even better, I have stayed relatively LEAN at the same time, which is a big deal for me.
