In highschool, I just wanted to gain an edge on sports and started working out to gain strength

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the feeling of being fit and the energy I get from doing it.

Getting back into the gym

Its been a few months but Im finally getting back into the gym. I was doing well at the start of the year and were seeing great gains but then I got sick and just couldnt shake it off followed by a soccer injury followed by some surgery then followed by a few trips out of town and a busy work and soccer schedule, but next week Im moving to a new place which just happens to be right across the street from the ymca. I plan on getting back in the gym and getting myself up to 175 by new years. Before all my troubels began I was 160 ive lost 9 pounds since, I plan on getting that weight back on
