My goal is to loose 15 lbs of body fat, especially in my mid section, while gaining muscle mass and tone in my thighs, glutes, calves, and arms. In order to accomplish this I need to alter my diet. I am looking for mutual support and motivation from ladies in my age group - 30-40. No matter your age, your personal best can be accomplished.

Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I have two part time workout partners. One keeps me motivated and gives sound advice and the other encourages me to do abs.
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I wear the stuff girls wear. Holds muscle groups in place while keeping me focused on my core and not my fashion statement.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running. It is an adrenalin rush, pushes me to my limits, works most muscle groups, and burns a ton of calories.
