How I Started:
I started lifting weights because I was getting sick all the time. I also started because weightlifting helped control my moods.
Why I Love It:
I love being strong. I love being the girl that can do full pushups, hall around big boxes, and feel confident about my strength.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay modivated because I love lifting weights. The other thing I do is I make a point of signing up for a weightlifting class and my college. That way I have to show up and lift.

Goal (Long):
I want to keep gaining strnght. I want to be able to bench press 100 pounds, squit 200 pounds, and do dumbell bicep curls with 25 pounds.
Well, I've made the 25 pound bicep curl so I supose I'm going for 30 now.
