I was always a athletic kid, then when I started going to the gym with one of my friends who was really into weight training it inspired me to become more knowledgable and more dedicated to fitness and weight training.
Why I Love It:
THE STRIVE FOR PERFECTION...I CAN ALWAYS IMPROVE MYSELF IF I TRY
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel my Best while Im at the gym and after a great workout. I also enjoy helping others reach their own personal fitness goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Being happy with my body...Also being the guy who people ask for tips and help at the gym because they see my dedication, devotion and time that I put into it reaching my goals and fitness results.
Many of you probably get tired of drinking the same old protein or whey shake everyday without any change...
Well since it is the Holidays and everyone is into drinking Hot Cocoa or EggNog you can try this idea out and hopefully you enjoy it like my roommate and I did.
Yeah its much better!
I tried going up to 68kg but I couldn't hold it at all.. it was bloody awful. In fact after I came back from Ibiza I had lost 8 pounds instantly in a week. It's just not normal for me at all to be that sort of weight. I competed at 57kg.. I'm normally about 61kg off season :)
Aah I have some new videos out soon.. I have a tv show that airs in the UK - it was filmed all around me competing, so i'm mega lean in the video lol. In that other video that was the heaviest i'd been in my whole life!! I was trying to put on a bit of muscle for the worlds.
Yep i'm in the uk huni! xx
Ah no i've not long competed huni! I did the IFBB World Championships which was held in Italy this year. I placed 5th overall which earnt me my IFBB pro card. First woman in the UK to receive a pro card abroad! (they don't give pro cards in the UK to women).
I take a real traditionalist approach to dieting and go very low fat, moderate carbs, high protein.
Pretty light in that picture! maybe only 35kg or so.. lol :) I loose so much strength when i'm dieting down. I'm trying to gain some strength back right now, but its cool because its one of my favourite types of training :-)
Well thanks! :) I normally get into better shape in the summer though cause that is the only time of year I actually have enough free time to focus on myself. So it bums me out to not make progress. There is still some time left though!
I'm doing excellent! I haven't accomplished much physically this summer, but lots of personal accomplishments so that's good! I'm glad you still remember me after ALL THIS TIME! :)
