I was overweight and had high blood pressure. So I dropped 60lbs gained muscle and decided not to quit.
Why I Love It:

My goal is to slim down to about 220lbs, with about a 32" waist, 20-22" biceps, thicker shoulders, wider lats, taller traps, bigger calves, toner legs, and chest. I would like to be able to bench rep with 315lbs and to max over 405lbs.
