How I Started:
I've always wanted the start having a better body than what I've got. Well work almost everyday would cut me from keeping a healthier body.
Why I Love It:
It helps me keep my body up to in shape. I've always wanted to build a unqiue body but in orfer for me to do that I have to get a good nutrition plan together and stay with it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right it's hard for me to stay motivated because of the way I work but with hard work on balancing to. I can build the body I would love to have. To live a healthier life a one of my serious goals in life.

Getting started on here would is one accomplishment to start off with.

dont overtrain, have at least a 5 day split to train every bodypart one time per week, with the exception of calves and abs, which can be worked more.. keep ur reps around 8-10 and total sets around 12... STeve www.fitnesspoynter s.com
