This was taken after a year and a bit of going to the gym. I'm currently 81.4kgs and 16.8% bf. And i'm going to drop below 11% Bf before my birthday in march
Build strength and expolsive power for martial arts. Drop to a lower bodyfat percentage.
Goal (Long):
I'm keeping my gym sessions as short and intense as possible. Adding extra exercises into my routine to keep my body guessing, and working out til fatigued.
                 I've just had a reassessment at my gym, and i've found that i have some how managed to climb from 15.3% BF up to 17.7%?? I'm not sure if the scales at the gym are broken but it dosen't seem rite to me. If someone could pm me a diet plan...
Hypothetically and from a purely nutritional standpoint, which would you rather eat during your workout and why: A bowl of frosted flakes in milk, or two medium green apples?... Those are the ONLY choices and during your workout is the ONLY time...
