A mate gave me his membership for a few months, i liked the feeling i got from working out. So i got my own membership
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of improving myself every day i'm in there...the feeling of doing something positive for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting myself small goals and accomplishing them. The positive feedback from family and friends helps.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping weight, BF% and building muscle. Something that i've always wanted to do, but was too lasy to try.

Hi everyone.

               Â Â Â  I've just had a reassessment at my gym, and i've found that i have some how managed to climb from 15.3% BF up to 17.7%?? I'm not sure if the scales at the gym are broken but it dosen't seem rite to me. If someone could pm me a diet plan...

Hypothetically and from a purely nutritional standpoint, which would you rather eat during your workout and why: A bowl of frosted flakes in milk, or two medium green apples?... Those are the ONLY choices and during your workout is the ONLY time...
