so far i like it havent feel dizzy, or puke or any of that stuff you feel with some thermogenics. but more than the dialene i like the vasocharge and xtend. i cant imagine work out without them. specially since i work out first thing in the morning. plus, i'm not a morning person. so it gives me the boost. so far i workout do weights, abs, and cardio and can burn 1000 calories in 1hour 40 minutes.

oh well thanks. before i used to be a supplement junkie, but know i keep it low. the main thing that helped me slim down was diet. i know it sounds cheesy. but its true. check out the cut diet. http://www.scivationbooks.com/ u can download for free the book in a pdf format. it lays everything down for you nutrition and supplementation. there is the game over 4, which is specially for guys. check it out!!!! plus their supplements are affordable.

well im on week 5, tons of reps with sort of heavyweight, so im sooooooooooo sored. which it means im doing something good, hopefully by the middle of week 6 i see some more improvements.

well so far i lost 40 lbs with p90x, and i hit a plateau, now im in the process of breaking it thank to steve poynter, check out the team poynter

hey i thought i replied to u!!! i love p90x but u have to assisted with cardio, supplements and a CLEAN diet. no alcohol at all. p90x comes with a little book that talks about nutrition and sample meals. i recommended is similar to the zone diet. (people who practice crossfit training do it). its awesome. its hard!!!!! this is my 3rd round and is still hard!!!!

awesome i take the cardio advice, im kind of sore of running 10 miles to burn 1000 calories. I'm going to finish burning the little muscle of my legs

my water intake is good!!! my only explanation is that i changed my diet. eliminate alcohol and sodas
