i decided i want to do a fitness competition!!! i noticed the changes i could do to my body with discipline and hard work, i need some extra motivation and i would love to compete, the only thing is i got no clue about it!!!!! im in the process of investigation, i dont know who could help me...

hey i noticed you are doin the P90X workout. I have been doing it goin on 11 weeks now and i think it works really great. Just stick to it and keep your diet in check it will work wonders. Good Luck!
