MalibuDeanna Yeah I have that problem with my knees also. Not sure why your having yours. Mine is from water skiing and a running injury. A bike is something to think about for me opposed to run/jog all the time for cardio. May 4, 2012 7:33am

Superfox403 Hi Silo83, I thought to send a quick note regarding your status. My boyfriend is a "big dude" at 6'5" 315lbs. He swears by the treadmill on incline for his workouts. He uses the bike when his joints are under stress. He usually does 30-40 minutes, 5 days a week set on a 4.0 incline and 2.7 speed. :) Happy training! May 3, 2012 1:36pm
