When I Started:

How I Started:
I have always loved fitness and learning more about it..plain and simple. Being on this site is just for me to stay motivated and informed about my future goals towards a fitness trainer. I looked in the mirror one day and said.. "NO MORE" "I wanna enjoy my life as a fit person, not an unfit mother!" Started slowly every single day, no matter how much I hated it, pushed through the pain and the sweat. One day the clothes started to fit looser, and that was it.. I was hooked on working out. The nutrition took awhile to incorporate, but as i got fitter my food choices became healthier and it was a total domino effect. When you put that much effort into working out HARD.. you dont want to nourish your body with junk anymore. And thats my story.... still a work in progress.....!!!
Why I Love It:
It is the remedy for lifes stress, it is so rewarding to be able to actually chisel your body into what you want it to be! Clothes shopping is another reason...being able to buy size 5/6 pants size!
How I Stay Motivated:
I know when im not feeling the best, so when i feel that way, I always get myself back on track. Its called self tough love!
BB Accomplishments:
Can knock the socks off my cat when we fight!!!! Seriously..i have dropped 30 lbs from my frame.
She has obviously worked extremely hard to get to where she is today. Love her style, her tattoes, just seems like a real sweetheart and i would love my end result to hopefully resemble hers!
As of right now i do Cardio 4 to 5 times a week. Strength training is done 4 times a week, working 2 specific muscle groups per session. I focus on my abs with a 10 minute ab routine 4 to 5 times a week.. and i also get active with life as much as possible... walking, tennis,...
Hope all is well. I like your profile pic. this has nothing to do with working out, but your hair is really cute! I'm trying to grow mine out. Keep that motivation going!
