How I Started:
I have always been athletic, played years of Baseball, Lacrosse, and now Softball. I looked in the mirror one day and realized that 6 years in the Army and a shattered ankle had made me into something I didn't like. Not fat, but a lot more fat than I wanted to be so I started lifting, while still in an ankle cast.
Why I Love It:
The feeling you get after a great workout, it's something no one can take away from you. And the looks I get from my wife help a lot.
How I Stay Motivated:
Leaving the Army, 7 years total. It gives me a good outlook on the future.

Never beat yourself up for not getting in there for a while, just start over again.... it's never too late and just fine if you miss some time.... especially for something as important as having a child!
