What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat the same things every day to keep it simple and easy
meal 1: chicken and brocoli
meal 2: chicken and asparagus
meal 3: tuna and brocoli
meal 4: chicken and cucumber
meal 5: tuna and green beans
i also drink atleast 4L of water a day
Sometimes i will have a fruit or a handful of nuts if i feel like it, but for the most part this is it. I eat the same things every day to keep it simple and easy
