How I Started:
After loosing 75 pounds i had alot of loose skin and no real muscle definition. Picked up weights one day and have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a really hard workout. Working out makes me a happier person, and seeing results doesnt hurt either :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that its not that hard to put the weight back on, seeing progress, looking at other peoples progress. Looking at old pictures of myself.
BB Accomplishments:
My biggest accomplishment so far is losing 75pounds.
