How I Started:
I actually started reading Oxygen Magazine and got inspired by the way the women were so cut up, yet still femimine. I worked out on my own for some time but felt that to achieve my ultimate fitness goals, I needed to get a trainer.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment after a good hard workout. I love sweating and even though I hate the soreness the next day or two after training, I feel good that I worked that hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
The women in Oxygen magazine inspires me. Seeing my favorite fitness models and competitors inspires me. But the two best motivators of all are my two absolutely BEAUTIFUL children! I do this for myself and them!

Goal (Long):
I have two kids and I don't want to look like I do. I want the flabby tummy to become rock hard and ripped with a 6-pack. I want the thighs slimmed down with nicely toned quads and hams. I want a tight, toned bootylicious butt. I want my biceps to look like they have rocks in them. And overall, I want to compete and win a fitness bikini/model competition by my 35th birthday!

What has been up? I am still trying to get all my training time in. It's get hard, and I am starting to get bored. but I think I am goint to change gyms-more amenities to get me going again. How have you been-hope still working hard. :)
