Not really sure why I started going to the gym... But one of the friends I looked up to did, so I did...
Why I Love It:
I don't know that I really love it, I do know that I am addicted to it... probably has to do with the pump and the rush you do get, or attemp to get, and when you don't get it, you try to get it next time
How I Stay Motivated:
Surround myself with -
suppliments, books, magazines, BB video's, going to shows
You gotta do what you gotta do.
BB Accomplishments:
LOL, when everything was going good, Benched 225, Squated 275 (breaking parellel) and deadlifted 295.
New years resolution for the past 3 years has been to get abs... I am not 100% sure I will get them cause I have extra skin from being over weight, but we'll see... Haven't done it cause cardio sucks...
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

My progress is ok. Getting used to more food intake. Gotta good stretch for the elbow. Hold arm out straight, palm up, pull fingers up and back, hold 10 sec. then push hand down, fingers hanging to floor hold and repeat as often as needed. Try it OK.
My diet certainly changed but my cardio is pretty much non-existant 'til the end of March when I get back on the bike with the kids. Alot of bicycle pathways around here. I'm also trying to bulk up a little more. It's funny the things I automatically choose for a snack these days.
