My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

As it goes... Go HARD or go HOME! Everyday in gym is treated as my last and no effort will be spared!

The only thing that i have found to be effective is perfect form with full contractions.

I have been going to gym for a long time now (3 years+) and during this time i have taught myself through constant study and appliance of techniques that lifting those 40kg dumbbells isn't improving my physique, its improving my EGO. So when i moved from my home town of Innisfail I then realised I was wasteing my money on supplements and gym.

So now on the Sunshine Coast my form is now perfect with a 0201 form ratio.

This has been a start of a new me.

Well guys as you all probably don't know, because it was a little bit of a scheme I was thinking up (muhahaa!), I have a friend called Project X, he's a skinny bloke who I recently convinced to come to gym with me so I'm going to be running him through all the essentials this includes nutrition, exercise, vitamin balance and overall general health over the next 12 weeks.. so that's um until the 2nd of April and I'm going to do all I can to put some sexy mass... TLdouggie That sounds like something I would play, it sounds like a game of skill. Is it really popular where you live? Powerlifting would be good if I didn't gain a lot of weight, I think I would rather have a little size and be in good shape and have some definition then be all huge and no shape. TLdouggie I have never heard of those two things but squash sounds fun. It sounds like you get to smash things. I'm not much of a power lifter I don't think I am built for that, those guys are huge. I have always been strong even when I was little in school. What are those sports you like do they play them where you live or everywhere Dec 17, 2012 10:34am

TLdouggie I have only been fishing twice before but I love eating it and I don't surff actually I hate being in water I don't even like swimming, I guess I could never live where you do. I like going to sporting events and playing sports except golf I hate. Oh yeah I like cooking mostly barbecuing. In a year From now I hope to be in better shape and my bench press goal is 500 drug free Dec 16, 2012 3:54pm

TLdouggie 8 or 9 pm is about my favorite time to workout. After a long day I love putting my headphones on and hitting the weights and thats when I find I'm at my strongest. A few weeks ago I set some new goals for my lifting and a new bench press goal. I have entered a few drug free bench press contest and I have won them all so I'm going to try to improve. TLdouggie I would say it helps only because I'm good not because I'm strong. I have wrestled some strong guys that sucked and one reason was because they only tried to use the strength and the technique was bad. I have wrestled since I was a kid its my favorite sport and I coach too. I also train people for other sports and proteams, when do you get to train if you work so much. Dec 15, 2012 9:09am
