As it goes... Go HARD or go HOME! Everyday in gym is treated as my last and no effort will be spared!
The only thing that i have found to be effective is perfect form with full contractions.
I have been going to gym for a long time now (3 years+) and during this time i have taught myself through constant study and appliance of techniques that lifting those 40kg dumbbells isn't improving my physique, its improving my EGO. So when i moved from my home town of Innisfail I then realised I was wasteing my money on supplements and gym.
So now on the Sunshine Coast my form is now perfect with a 0201 form ratio.
This has been a start of a new me.

I'm an animal! well not really... I just take the animal pack! Also for my pre-workout pump i take the new Jack3d micro.
The Project X... What is Project X? Well guys as you all probably don't know, because it was a little bit of a scheme I was thinking up (muhahaa!), I have a friend called Project X, he's a skinny bloke who I recently convinced to come to gym with me so I'm going to be running him through all the essentials this includes nutrition, exercise, vitamin balance and overall general health over the next 12 weeks.. so that's um until the 2nd of April and I'm going to do all I can to put some sexy mass...
