I'll tell you one exercise that I got from Coleman that burns your medial delts like nothing else. Dumbbell sideraises, Pyramid up in weights starting with like 20's for 20, 25's for 15, 30's for 12, 35's for 8...all in one giant set. By the time you finish those last ones, you are fried! Just watch your form and dont hurt yourself.

Well I work out at the LA Fit on Holcomb Bridge and sometimes the one in Kennesaw. Kennesaw can be motivating. There are atleast a couple big guys in there. Try that one.

I really started to see my chest getting worked when I learned to do dumbbell flyes perfectly. The best advice I can give online is to go by feel and when you have that down, I found flyes to be the best way to fry your chest. Thats me personally since my tri's always get tired before my chest on pressing movements. It might work for you too though.

I usually rest between 2-3 minutes between hard sets. Sometimes more so I can give 110% when I go. My last arm routine:
Bar Curls 2 warmups
Tricep Pushdowns 2 warmups
Standind EZ Curl 4 Sets Pyramid Up
Close Grip Bench
1 Arm Curls on Machine Superset with 2 Arm Curls
Skullcrushers superset with behind the back reverse curls (forearms)
Dumbbell Curls
Weighted Dips
Go at it hard. Just don't hurt yourself.
