Father was a Physical Therapist and I played on all the equipment at his clinic. I got into a lot of fights as a kid so I learned boxing and the workouts that went along with it. I had a friend named Patrick Hagadorn who lived next door to me when I went to school at MTSU. His brother was a bodybuilder and Patrick taught me how to lift properly. Chest on Monday. Back Tuesday....Creatine and Glutamine. You know the basics. I owe a lot to him. Where you at Patrick?

Won 3 toughman competitions in WinterPark Florida. (thats kinda related....right?)

I am doing good . had some serious life set backs in the last few months but i am recovering . lifting has been my saving grace the one thing that stays the same when life is nuts . i am getting closer to my goals (put pics up recently check em out comments welcome). I got free samples and noticed that my body took to them well . they actually seem to deliver on there claims. PM me if you want info .. I am not sure what your interested in knowing? How is that bicep and training now?

What's up Silencer24. Your shoulders are insane. What's shoulder routine like? I've be hitting them with supersets and dropset, but I'm not seeing results of my labor the way I should.
If you're looking to get into fitness modeling you should try getting a myspace or something like that simply to network. That's how I got started, after you get some pro shots done you can also get a modelmayhem account where you network w/more photogs. Definitely do TFCD/TFP first. Which means you don't pay and niether does the photog, you get copies of the photos but he owns the rights.
