why is it assumed that when someone is fit they love working out? I think its a pain in the ass, but I do it because I love being fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading forums, magazines. Seeing other people in shape motivates me and seeing other people out of shape motivates me cause I don't want that to happen to me anymore.

Hey man Add me to your friends list man, your physique rocks ! I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt specifics advice critique all welcome Thanks Marc
