Why I Love It:	why is it assumed that when someone is fit they love working out? I think its a pain in the ass, but I do it because I love being fit.
How I Stay Motivated:	Reading forums, magazines. Seeing other people in shape motivates me and seeing other people out of shape motivates me cause I don't want that to happen to me anymore.

Training Style ( APRIL TO JUNE 2007 ) get ready for the summer :)

Monday – Chest, Calves, Cardio 20-40min ( sometimes swimming ) = 90- 120 minutes
Tuesday – Hamstrings and Quads, ABS, Cardio 20-40min
Wednesday – Off ( Cardio 40-60min )
