Aged 26, back in 2005, I decided to stop smoking and bad eating habits - and adopt a much healthier lifestyle. I've been out of shape my whole life really.
Why I Love It:

This is when I began. Weighing about 170lbs, Bodyfat was approx 19%
Just an update really. Been a while since my last progress photo. Still slowly gaining weight, Bodyfat increase has been next to none. Will aim to become more strict & refined in 2008.

Thanks for the compliment! Funny thing. I have a tune on my ipod by Jackie Wilson called "Am I the man?". He sings that and the chorus of women sing "Yes, you're THE man!". Often, after ending a really grueling workout I'll play that song as a reward for a job well done and when the part comes on when he sings "Am I the Man?" I cup my hand to my ear and tilt my head to listen to the reply "Yes, your the man!" and nod. People think I'm nuts, but I have fun. :)

Hey mate - thanks for the rating. Probably stems from an elbow problem I've had (affected arm and chest workout especially). Plus I got the flu for about 3 weeks over xmas, so trying to claw back some lean mass now.
