When I Started:
Aug, 2002
How I Started:
Three friends influenced me. When I was about 50 pounds overweight, one friend was successful on a low carb diet, another was steadfastly plugging away at a healthy lifestyle, and the third was overweight like me - and ready to do something about it. We started working out together and lost about 100 pounds between us in eleven months' time.
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of muscles under the skin. Also the natural high from a great workout relieves all the stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to stay healthy and active through every stage of my life.

Thank you so much for the encouragement. You are more than welcome to copy the Nike commercial and use it in your BodySpace. Good Luck with your challenge. We are going to lose the weight with a smile!!! Have a Happy & Prosperous New Year 2008!!! :)
