Honestly, what's given me the best results is consistency, dedication, and a ****load of effort. In the past, I would never stay consistent and therefore didn't make much progress. But about a year ago is when I got serious and I've been consistently training since then.

I've also been a lot more dedicated. I try not to let myself ever miss a workout unless I'm sick or something real important comes up. sometimes I just don't feel like going but I tell myself that sitting around won't make me bigger

thanks a lot! I appreciate it, I just wish I could see myself that way. I'm real hard on myself. I'm also a real hardgainer and it sure isn't because of a lack of effort or proper training. I was always so scrawny my whole life, my body just doesn't like building muscle, lol. Like I said, I definitely want to compete. I just need to bring up my legs and some other weak spots.

Long term, I'm just looking to get as big as I possibly can, lol. I'd really like to compete in the next year or so. Short term, I'm trying to add on another 10 lbs or so by may. Even though I've made steady progress, I've always had trouble reaching specific weight goals in the past so I'll see what happens this time. I'd also like to do a powerlifting meet at some point too. I just have to bring my squat and deadlift up a little more. How about you?

im doing the same, just trying to pack on some more size. I had a few setbacks during the fall and lost some mass but im now making progress again. I've just been going real heavy lately and eating a ****load.

Thank you! Training's going real good for me right now. I haven't actually weighed myself in a few weeks but I've been getting quite a bit stronger so I would imagine that I'm putting on some size. However little it may be, lol. I'm trying to put on as much mass as possible now that's it's starting to get cold out. I had no problem doing it last winter, I put on about 20lbs so I'm hoping I can do the same this year.

Thanks a lot man! Right now, I'm at about 180 and trying to go up. As far as other stats, I haven't taken any measurements in a while. I'm guessing my arms are around 16 1/4 right now. Mine grow very slowly too. Don't let my pics fool you, lol. They have always been my weak point but they're finally catching up now! I do chest/bi's and back/tri's. Good luck!

kinda slow and steady. I'm working out consistently but I just don't eat enough. I mean, I eat over maintenance but I could definitely take in a few hundred calories more per day.
