How I Started:
Gotta stay in shape for my life in the Army. Recently I had to be medevaced out of Iraq because of a tumor they found on my pancreas. Been at walter reed in washington dc since the surgery and hope to go back to Iraq, but I'm shot...my body hurts and they cut me open from breast bone to below my navel. Going to be a long recovery.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good and gives me energy.

Just the fact I will feel better when I stay active

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think if it gets you to push that extra rep up, by all means do it! I grunt sometimes.....haha

A great way to get in the shape you want is by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat during the 12 week program. I suggest you give it a look-see and decide what you think. I believe that by using their weightlifting, cardio & nutrition program you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Give me a yell if you wish.
