Background

When I Started: Jan 2012
HOW I STARTED:

Younger brother inspired me to start working out. I did well for a few years and then things went in the other direction. The competetion has inspired me.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The feeling you get after a great workout is like nothing else. I feel better and look better in my eyes anyway.

100k Transformation Challenge 2011

Today was the last day of my challenge. What a ride, it started with my fiancée, Jill, joining and starting to workout. She asked if I might want to join in the challenge. I thought to myself that I can get in better shape for spring. I signed up and started working out prior to work in the morning. I wasn’t seeing much progress and started to get discouraged. I did some research on the website and checked other people body blogs. I realized I had to eat clean like Jill and change up my exercises with more cardio.
