Goal (Long):
I started working towards my overall goal on January 18, 2006. My starting weight was 294 with 36% bf. Lose the fat around my waist and stomach so that I can see my six pack. My overall goal is to get down to either 210 to 215 at 10% bf.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 84 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

This morning I just received my eating plan from a personal trainer (Big Bill). I feel great! Tomorrow I will start putting the plan in to action. I've been working out consistent for a year now so it is time for me to set a new goal for myself. I just need to jump start my training (my focus)....

Yes, those would indeed be my abs...as of Halloween this year. How to get those? Well, working out on them using a variety of exercises and having low enough bodyfat so that they show are basically it. This "bodybuilding thing" is not as complicated as many people can make it. Why doesn't anyone ever mention my pecs? I have better pecs to me anyway, but I guess that pic doesn't show them well enough. I like the bulletproofabs thing, though. ;-)
