Swinging by to see how things are going. Did your find your focus? Come on there is progress to be made. Let accomplish it together. I am cheering for you.
There is no better feeling than the one you get after a good workout with weights. Push yourself to be the best that you can be and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur.
I wish you nothing but success and happiness.
I use Stephen Coveys Seven Habits of Success People for balance. It really helps me to say focused and know that I am making progress in all areas of my life. You may want to check it out.
Everything is wonderful with me. Changing you schedule to fit your life is a constant. As long as you are doing something every week, you will do great. Look for easy things to incorporate in your day. Parking farthest from the door, taking a walk after dinner. It wont be long and you will be able to hit it hard again. As long as you are doing something, you should feel proud of your self.
Hey! Thanks for the comment. Just stick with it and you will see results. It does take time, I'm not going to lie; however, this can be a lifestyle change that you will stick with for the rest of your life if you let it. Can't wait to see your progress!
