I am back now, I took a break after loosing a couple of friends and after hearing all the guff people give you about working out. Without a good workout I am nothing for the rest of the day. My big thing is getting enough water. Cant seem to drink enough. It was great to hear from you and your support is golden. Later on getting ready to pump it up now.

Hey, James.
It's great to hear from you. Any contests coming up for you? You still under 15% body fat? That is so hard to do for me.
My training is going really well. All of my weights are at maxes right now. And I am fat. :-) Fat and happy. 195 lbs and 25% bf. But I start Gethin's 12-week trainer in 2 weeks.

Well, hopefully I will run into you at one of the shows next year....as far as posing, I worked with D. Goodin a few times a couple of years ago. He is a master poser and can teach you a lot. He holds posing classes or you can get with him one on one. His DVD is also a good resource.....also, practice, practice, and more practice. You should be able to hit the mandatories perfectly in your sleep!!!!
