I am guessing that you are being pretty hard on yourself but I would like you to remember: "You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, but this thing that we call “failure” is not the falling down, but the staying down." I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give me a yell if you wish.
