How I Started:
Wanting to get bigger/stronger for baseball and basketball my senior year of high school.
Why I Love It:
I love the aspect of being able to constantly challenge myself and break through plateaus. Plus, when you look good, you feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing changes not only in the mirror but also in my outlook on life, my positivity, and my explosiveness on the basketball court.
