Wanted to get "fit", so I bought a gym membership and started working out for 3 hours every single day having no idea what I was doing. As time went on and I began to study more and more and learn how to train more and more effectively, my progress just kept on coming, as the discipline was already there.
For a while now, though, the point of my athletic training has little to do with bodybuilding. I am an amateur mixed martial artist, so my training focuses either on strength, endurance, speed, or whatever else I can do in the gym to allow myself to excel in combat.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy a hobby that you have to make sacrifices for in order to obtain reward. It's nice to do something extra that I can reap the benefits of that takes willpower and determination to do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Simply a matter of priorities. I'm happier being strong, healthy, and fit than I am being reclined, lazy, and fat.
BB Accomplishments:
I suppose I'd simply say the accomplishment of progress at the end of any given period of time is my 'major' bodybuilding accomplishment.

Yeah I grew up in Florence so i definetly know where Coos Bay is and went to school at UofO so ya know I gotta be a beaver hater...but good luck from the former duck.
lmao I was just reading your comments and saw you say Who the hell is this mBison guy? then scrolled down and read his comments...100% completely out of left field, do you have some problems you openly talked about or somethin cause that dude came out of no where
Well, there are scientific methods of beating these problems. You could see a therapist, or your doctor.......or you could try some self-help methods like hypnotism, or subliminal messages. It isn't an instant cure......but it might help more than another cigarette or bottle of vodka!
