I just had enough bein the thin guy i have broad shoulders and wanted to build on my physique so joined a local gym, which was quite crap so i left and joined fitness first, Its good cause im always moving around and there will always a gym i can go to
Why I Love It:
I love tracking progress and setting goals , I love the feeling when you are pushing the final rep
How I Stay Motivated:
look in the mirror, There is always something you can improve
BB Accomplishments:
Just aiming to move up the weight every two weeks and being able to stick to it over a long period

This was me back in October, before i started back at the gym. I wanted to bulk up and improve my confidence.
I was always a thin kid when i was younger. i woudnt say it affected my confidence but i was always slightly concious of it. I have bulked up in the past but not as much as i wanted to. I want to be my ideal size and weight by christmas which is 105 kgs and roughly the size of rugby players
