20km bike and a 5km run today. 1hr and a half to finish it. Hopefully with the racing bike on sunday i will do it a bit faster!

750m swim, 20km bike, and a 5km run....i have a sprint distance triathlon on sunday and i really havent prepared.....but i finished it today

WELL I sure have a new routine! Hit the pool today and man did I find out that bent over dumb bell curls are the freaking bomb!!
