lose body fat around the mid section. get some definition in my upper body and more in my lower body.
Goal (Long):
i want to lose fat around my mid section. I can see my abs for the first time in over twenty years but with love handles they just don't look right. i'm not even sure losing 11% body fat in a month is posssible. but with consistant work and diet we'll see. also looking to get definition in my upper body. lose some real weight not just water weight.
I'm not a competitor so I get to do it the slow and steady way. EVERYTHING IN MODERATION! I still eat I just try to make 90% of my meals healthier. Turkey substitutes. No cheese/low fat cheese. No condiments/low fat condiments. But still give myself those meals I crave so I don't binge!
I changed my diet a little, but what really worked was working out at night and not eating any solid food afterwards, only a protein shake and then straight to bed. And I also dont recommend all of the protein everybody suggests. I take in enough protein before and after I workout.
I've been treaking Kevin. Well, really just trying to hold onto any "gains" I've made. Eating ENOUGH is my biggest challenge. U? How's ur road of progress going. Remember, hang in there despite any "bumps" in the road. *smile*
not much. Been very busy juggling work and family life....not to mention gym time. I find some weeks very hard to make it five times like I would like. Stuff happens though and eventually it will settle back down. How have things been with you? Your training going well?
Bowling Green, Oh. Home of the BGSU Falcons, LOL. I get the bag in when I have a chance. I tend to be strapped for time most days (1 wife, 2 job, 4 kids).
Working out: trying to stick with basic, compound exercises: going heavier, and trying not to become phobis about "uh, oh, I gained weight!"
Can't put on miscle without gaining weight; can't gain muscle without some fate, too. :-(

Thanks Kev! Actually, my week has been kinda' rough. Tuesday I had a fever of 99.5 degrees. It has since leveled to "normal" but I feel pretty bad still. Well, at least I DID finish this week's training& have the wkends 'free'. How's UR training coming along?... *smile*
I've been doing good. On/off/on behaving with diet & exercise but back on & with a trainer who I talk to online this time (does my diet & exercise regimen) so it's all good. Have someone that I have to report to, lol. Makes you behave a lot better. At least in my case. How are things going for you. How's training & so forth, life in general :)
