I want to get down to 18% bodyfat and 170 or 180... so that is about 70 lbs lost.
Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been overweight. The smallest I have ever been is 170lbs and I never did anything really but cardio. I am not interested in a weight number but more about how I look and feel and I know weight training will give me a better physique. So now I am focusing on reducing my bodyfat to 18% ... whatever that weight means.
In the course of the next 6 weeks (2/21/09)I am shooting for a weight loss goal of 12 lbs and 5% bodyfat.
By June 1 I want to be down 30 lbs to 200.
By Labor Day I want to be down to 180 and reached by goal of 18% bodyfat.
