If you are really serious about losing weight and getting into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. well i know fish contains a lot more creatine than some meats and stuff, do the pills have creatine in them too?? cuz i dont want any of that really. Im taking NO Xplode and it has some but not that much--i rather it didnt have any but its a good supplement and it works really good.
oo and do they have protein cuz i know fish has mad protein too.
o and for ur questions about what raw means---its when u do ur exercise without any assisting tools like a weight lifting belt, lifting shoes, or straps
hey i c u take fish oil, can u tell me how that helps u and what its for?? i c a lot of ppl take it but idk how it helps the body (like protein rebuilds cells and stuff) thanks man :)
