My pics are from all different times buddy. When Im bulking I sit at about 190-195lbs at 11-12bf% and when im not bulking Im about 185 at around 9-10bf%. I try to keep rest time short all the time to keep up my hr especially when Im bulking not doing any cardio.

No I definatly don't count my calories, I just eat whatever I want whenever I'm hungry, which is all the time..And a lot of it is junk, Although I usually workout twice a day and train seriously for track and field so I'm always moving. My advice for you is to possibly put a little extra muscle on your upper body then cut...but I'm no expert cuz I've never bulked up or cut in my life. I just have a steady mix of cardio and weight training.

as long as your eating enough while your doing cardio, you dont need to bulk up first at all

Then each week i select about 3-4 compound exercises for each body part, and 1-2 isolation exercises. I do this so that no day is exactly the same. It's working really well so far! Probably the FIRST time ever when i'm actually sore after EVERY workout! Good luck!

Sorry man that's my waaaay old workout program on here! and right now i'm not doing cardio, i'm just keepin the intensity up in my lifts by not taking long breaks. i'll start cardio probably in april. as far as my routine goes now, i'm on a 5-day split: chest/back/shoulders & calves/legs/arms. What I did was go to the exercises page on this site, and look up all the different exercises for each muscle group.

Hey, thanks for the commet, all i can say is CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO....it all started when i joined the cross country team, and in a few months of intense cardio, i was WELL on my way to what I am now.
