haha.. I hit those ever once and a while. Just keep changing things up and be patient. If all else fails.. a nutritionist wouldn't be a bad idea.

just eat as clean as possible. If you're eating clean calories yet still getting the right amout of calories and protein. You can make your body do whatever you want it to.

Go through my progress picture. Really cardio, nutritional diet n training really burn away all the fat. If u want to lost that flab around your waist then u need to burn more than u eat at the initial stage. That means limit your calories. U Dont have to believe me, just cardio n surprise yourself ) By the way u need to know how to calculate your maximum heart rate n cardio at 65% of your maximum heart rate ok. cheers.

Sorry for d late reply too. I m on the same programme as u bulk n cut at d same time. my advise me to eat like bulk one week and eat like cut another week. I m trying it. But at the end of the day u really 2-3 months complete cutting after u bulk to show your defination. Once u have enough protein u do not have to worry about hurting your muscle. cheers.

thats good man, thats how i do it, i try to eat 8 meals a day and for cardio do about 30 mins a day
