Thanks for the comments. Leg training is going great and heavy as always when i can fit it in with all the running i do, if it ain't over 1200lbs on leg press then whats the point of wasting my time! But if you want legs get on the BOSU w/ Dumbbells and do some of the thousands upon thousands of squat, calf raise, and lunge variations and plyometrics on it. ttyl.

all i take is white flood, xtend, and whey protein all year long, nothing else and i don't diet i just eat, eat, eat as healthy and clean as i can about 5000 cals a day, good luck gabe.
